Hi, I tink I can help you, type:

 

Start - (type taal and select) Land en taal - Beheer - Systeemlandinstelling wijzigen - en in het menuscherm 'Land en taalinstellingen' select 'Engels (verenigde staten).

 

If this isn't right let me know, I will start the flightsim PC and check it.
