Hi friends!

I have already seen many repaints with these reflections everywhere that make the aircraft looking much more realistic. I was wondering how to do them with Photoshop?

Thank you!

First, reflections needs to be enabled by author when compiling the whole model. This is something that you can't change, if reflection channel just isn't there.

Then, reflections are controlled by the alpha channel in specular texture. Usually brighter the alpha, more reflections you get (I'm saying usually as some models have it backwards). But again it's all dependent on the material settings of each model. J.

Yes I know about it, but I mean the metal reflections. For example, the plane isn't just blue, in some regions its brighter and in other regions darker.

I think you need to elaborate some more about what you precisely mean (perhaps some photo/screenshot maybe?). Because we might be talking about different things now. You asked about how to get reflections on paint and that's exactly what I posted above  Reflection channel (if present) = controlled by spec. alpha.
