Help with an old panel?

Hey all, I am trying to use Paul Golding's old A310 panel, but of course from the pic you'll see the ND doesn't display. I am 99% sure that I have had it working in FS9 with a mod to the cfg that was posted here at some point, but searches for it have come up empty, any help?
