My 2.6ghz cpu FS2004/FS9.1 continues to use 100% of the CPU. I am curious to know if anyone with one of the latest/fastest PCs ever sees less than 100% CPU usage? Or, is there no limit to the appetite of the program!Dick Boley @KLBE

I have a 3.0Ghz CPU (Asus P4P800 Deluxe with Hyper Threading) with 2048Mb DDR ram... in my case the CPU usage is 50-60%. No overclocking. I normally terminate most other programs using Enditall before running FS9.I have a Radeon 9700Pro with 124Mb ram, overclocked 5%. I run FS9 with most sliders set to the right, except the Weather settings where I am limiting the 3D clouds to 30%. The FPS is limited to 25. With this setup I get a very smooth performance, except when I add ActiveSky and the clouds are complicated...then the dreaded stutters appear...
