Saitek X52 Pro Hat Switch free-look issue.

When I started using FSX I was able to use the hat switch on my Saitek X52 Pro to freelook around the 3d cockpit in FSX.  However now, the hat switch only moves the camera a couple of degrees and then snaps back to the center.  I am no longer able to free look around.  

If it makes any difference, I'm using a tripple monitor setup using ATI eyefinity.  Thank you for reading, I'm willing to try anything. 

 

I can submit a video if it's confusing to understand.
