Exit open message gone?

Hi All, after installing an addon my exit open, wing fold and tailhook messages have disappeared.I searched the forum but didnt find anything similar.any ideas? the brake and park brake messages appear normally,thanks for the helpStan

Remove the FS9.cfg file, then start FS to allow a new .cfg file to be built. That should get them back. Then you could go through both files and see what's missing in the old one.

StanI have no idea if this is related, but a few months ago I downloaded a file to GET RID of the messages - (I didn't like having the brakes message over the panel). From memory the file changed was something like language(.dll ?).Might be worth checking with your original file.Ben

YeahAll the screen text messages are in the language.dll file in the fs9 main folder The orignal file can be found on CD1 in the game folder just copy that to the fs9 folder overwritting the one there and all should be normalCheersWozza
