If you mean does it have voice control, no it does not. However if you have a program called Multicrew experience it can interact with Radar contact (and also default FSX ATC) and so provide voice control which is pretty good because unlike some other voice controlled software you only have to include certain 'key' words within your spoken responses. 

Its a shame that MCE is so bloody annoying with a stupid copilot who keeps making pointless comments. Its an expensive program as well IMO.
