Hi There,

 

I am trying to submit a support ticket to reactivate my 777 & JetStream. I go through and fill in all the details and hit submit and then it just goes back to the submit ticket page and nothing seems to happen. I click 'Send Ticket List by Email' and it tells me I have no submitted tickets. Not sure what I am doing wrong. 

 

FYI, I am using Chrome on Windows 7

 

Any help would be appreciated

I would suggest trying a diff browser in case there is a problem on chrome

Just tried with IE and Safari and don't think they worked either. Same thing happened.
