No deck on Javier's Carrier

I'm having a bit of trouble with the carrier of Javier. The carrier is not deck doesn't seem to be visible. It's just gone. I just re installed everything since I reformatted my computer. I used the tweaking guide that froogle advised to used, and I've got some add ons, like FXAA, Shade, REX and FTX Global installed, however, these add ons haven't caused any trouble for me previously. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
