JS41 with Go Flight MCP

Has anyone been able to get the Go Flight GF-MCP to work with the JS41?  I can't get the Alt Select or the Heading knobs assigned.  Does anyone know a keyboard assignment?  Thanks for any help!!

I think the LINDA forums have some J41 files available.
