PMDG 777 with FS GRW, unable to load wind-aloft data (JIT-error)

Hi guys,

I just started to use FS Global Real Weather, and I am absolutely thrilled about the new wind-feature.

I have version 1.7 build 15, so I am using the t7 .rte flightplan (pmdg -file) to export winddata via flight planner option in FS GRW tool.

However, I soon discovered this perfideous error I cannot bypass.

It says, JIT-debug error, system string error and something else.

In the end, the winds will not load into the FMC.

What do I have to do to make this work guys?

Thanks in advance!

Peter

Hello!

When does this error happen? What are your exact steps, which seem to reproduce the problem?

You have to have a correct and working PMDG 777 flightplan. That one needs to be loaded into FSGRW flightplanner. After that you can generate and save a windfile, which can be loaded into PMDG FMC.

If the error persists, please email the flightplan and an exact description how the flightplan was generated to [email protected]

And BTW, did you realize we have a dedicated support forum at

http://fsgrw.freeforums.org

Cheers!

Thank you.

I forgot about the support forum. I will look into the windfile, I guess .WX file that is.

Regards,

Peter
