How to turn off AT&AP with joystick

First of all Happy New Year to everyone here :smile:

 

How can i turn the AP off on my joystick and the AT on my throotle quadrand? 

With my PMDG 737 and the T7 i can but so far i cant manage to get it done with the 747.

Best way I have found is by assigning key presses ( one for each) via FSUIPC to the joystick buttons.  This was the method PMDG recommended and I have found it works well.

Yes that's what I end up doing,works good now.
