Kudos to Flight One's USA Roads!

This may sound like a commercial but if something's good and impresses you, let others know so they can have the same enjoyment, right? Besides, it will help reward the designers for such a nice addon. That's the way I was impressed by the new USA Roads by Flight One. I am quite impressed at how it revamped my scenery and feeling of actually flying. The added bonus is it seems to be "FRF" - frame rate friendly! It makes the scenery look that much more relaistic, since you can actually find the roads in your home area to verify accuracy. I could actually find my own street! I never realized how streets, roads, and highways help us pinpoint locations. Since there are also night textures, it adds greatly to the nighttime realism of FS9. You don't just see those annoying blurry blotches of light on the ground. The highways look like they are lit with traffic. You can even configure the roads to your liking by choosing what type of streetlights you want. I can see this program making it a lot easier to place and locate scenery objects and buildings since the program's roads helps to locate specific locations within the scenery - If you know there is an arena at the corner of first and second streets, you should be able to find the intersection in your home area and add the building! (Does anyone know if there is an easy to use program out there to design scenery objects and buildings in FS9?) This addon has really impacted my realism of the sim. Nice job Flight One! Regards, Tom:D
