Problem with ED Glasses and FS2002

Featured Replies

Hi,When trying to set a bigger resolution in the 3D-settings tab in properties, the resolution goes back to 640-480, when going back to properties again. Because of this it won't work in FS2002.Could somebody help me, please?Balooba

You should go on all the way from "properties" to "stereo set-up and test". I never had any problem in "the old days" of FS2002.Have fun!Jaap Verduijn.

I went all the way to 'stereo and setup', then confirmed. Anyway, I talked to the 'tech support' and he said that I should upgrade to 'FS2004'.Maybe he's right.Balooba

Strange because FS 2002 is officially supported FS 2004 is not. FS 2004 do work however though FS 2002 worked flawless from the start for me.But your monitor do it support a minimum refresh rate for that upper resolution? Like 100 if you want to use that or better 120 of course. Perhaps it

I cured the problem.I change the resolution to 1280-720 and the 3D glasses worked perfectly. It seems that it could not work at the same resolution as the desktop, wich was at 1024-768.Now, with the 3D glasses, Track IR, active camera, and soon to come 'vector expansion', the enmergency is unbelievably realistic. I didn't believe I could have this fun with the gadgets I had, just laying around.cheers,Balooba
