CLS DC-10 flight dynamics?

I have the CLS DC-10 and I know this has probably been asked before, but are there any lines that I could replace in the aircraft cfg to make it perform in a realistic manner? I have tried flying it and I think it is just a waste because it is flying so stiff-like. I can pull back on the stick and be barely climbing. I have tried trim, but that is not the best combo as the plane just starts to climb out of control and I can't even push the nose down. It also does a horrible job at leveling of because of this. I may be climbing at 1800fpm and it will continue it when I have reached 500 feet over said altitude. Then it takes its time at correcting causing ATC to freak out. Or if there is nothing for the CLS DC-10, is there anything for the Thomas Ruth DC-10 flight dynamics. Which are way too sensitive. I can to all types of stunts in it.
