Cyborg Fly 5 Stick throttle and controls problem

Hi

Can you help me,I'm having a problem with throttle for all the planes in FSX.When I launch FSX,click fly now the moment it finishes loading up my throttle levers or quadrant for which ever aircraft are always engaged to full thrust and planes will start spooling straight away.I have to move my joystick throttle lever up and down to disengage and apply brakes to come to a full stop.

I don't know whats causing that.Also when I click fly now if I listen very carefully I can hear some mouse click at the beginning of the FSX load up page as attached on the images below.Hope you can help me.
