The link below shows my situation better then I can explain it to you all. For some reason I can no longer adjust any settings within FS9. It started a month ago or so, I'm not sure what brought it on, however, I have uninstalled/deleted anything that deals with fs9 and reinstalled, changed folder names etc. Everytime I reinstall it I looks just like below.
