Bad quality graphic and no 3D flightdeck

Hi,

 

I just purchase PMDG 737NGX basic and after installation quality is like old microsoft graphic. MY settings are on the ultra high. Also there is no 3D flightdeck. Is there any add or anything special that i need to do?
