It appears to me that the VOR/ADF pointer selectors on the RMI are reversed:

 

In other words, if you select 'VOR', the pointers actually point to the tuned NDBs.

 

And if you select 'ADF', the pointers actually point to the tuned VORs!

 

Any ideas/comments please?
