  1. Have you tried using simbrief? It is a planner and includes a take-off and landing calculator. https://www.simbrief.com/home/
  2. I see no changes eg. clb performance is still wacko
  3. Is the climb performance correct? The video shows a climb rate of 4000' per minute even at 26 000' ! (Possibly very light????)
  4. 👍 Can't wait much longer
  5. Very nice ....... but VERY long. Think I'll give this route a try in the A350
  6. TWSY replied to birdguy's topic in Hangar Chat
    Try Tousi TV+
  7. It's experimental - what did you expect?!!!! Wait another 2 years for the final bug-free release
  8. Thanks - appreciate your help
  9. Here's a very interesting take, https://carrzee.org/2024/04/21/how-mh370-was-warped-before-it-disappeared/
  10. Thanks Ron. It looks like mine are linked - has a little blue arrow in the bottom left corner of the icon. But still does not load ???????????
  11. The GSX window says "loading" but never loads 🤬 So how do we fix this? The guy at FSDT can be very sarcastic and doesn't offer any assistance as it is not his software that is at fault !!!!!!!!
  12. GSX no longer loads. On the official site forum, many others are experiencing this - while it is working for others. The "official" explanation from FSDT is that it has something to do with sim connect and is not a FSDT problem! I don't understand how it works for some and not for others. Does anyone have a solution or a workaround cause I sure ain't going to get any further with FSDT!
  13. Are there any specific procedures for starting engines in the B777 in icing conditions? Just tried again at Loww and both engines failed again while taxiing. I had engine anti-ice ON and started the engines together.
  14. It seems to be the weather. Looks like after starting the engines in the B777, one needs to put the engine anti-ice ON and not just on AUTO until all stable and warmed up. Worked for me at LOWW where temp was -3C
  15. I have the same problem. Using the PMDG 777-200ER. After pushback and start-up and as I begin taxiing, both engines die. If I setup with engines running on the runway, then all works fine but not from cold and dark. I have failures turned off in the 777 and no double bindings (checked and re-checked). Any help would be appreciated - this is since SU4.
  16. Is this update going to resolve the issue I am experiencing?
  17. I find it strange that Umberto does NOT respond to my post on his website but shows up here to pass a comment!
  18. After clicking on the GSX icon I get the message "departure clearance requested" and then NOTHING. I have uninstalled and reinstalled GSX numerous times but to no avail. Posted on fs dreamteam forum but no response yet. Using latest GSX version and FS 2024 latest beta version. Any suggestions please?
  19. They have indicated that they would consider it as an option - so hold thumbs !!!!
  20. It's my plane of choice - I absolutely love flying it. v2 is a massive upgrade from v1. "Your flightsim CFI" youtuber and real world CRJ pilot worked with Hans to get this plane to where it is today. Yes it has no autothrottle but there is an option for VNAV if you so wish as some CRJ 1000's do have the VNAV feature. The flight dynamics are great - I love handflying this plane. Systems have also been improved upon. Ideal if you like making quick and short flights. Go ahead and buy - its not very expensive at all.
