Using Jeppesen Flight Deck with FSX

I have installed Jeppesen's Jeppview and Flight Deck, now I need to set up to run Flight Deck and FSX off same computer, displaying the Jepp EFB on a separate monitor. My concern is how to set up FSUIPC GPSout with Jeppesen Flight Deck to provide a moving map display. Has anyone had success running Flight Deck with FSX on a PC or Ipad?
