Featured Replies

Hi
Last week I bought a new coputer and when I installed the PMDG 747X, MD-11X,Jetstream 4100 and 737NGX. The intallation whent on smothly but when I start FSX I get this message:
Flight Simulator has detected a problem with a third-party software program (add-on):

Name: PMDGSounds Dynamic Link Library
Version: 10,0,61355,62
Company: PMDG
File: PMDG\DLLs\PMDGSounds.dll

Do you want to run this software (not recommended)?

To avoid seeing this message in the future, uninstall this program or disable its ability to start when running Flight Simulator. For more information about third-party programs, contact the publisher or see http:\www.fsinsider.com

If I then click YES this window closes and tree seconds later I get the message “a fatal error ocourred” and FSX closes if I then instead click on NO FSX starts as I should but I get this message every time I start FSX. and when I fly the PMDG aircrafts Icant get any sound from the simulator.

Pleas get back to me as soon as posible.
Best regards
Alexander

Alex:

Considering no one seems to have an answer to your problem, it would probably be best if you submit a ticket to support.precisionmanuals.com.
