Hi,Just would like to ask all of you who needed some support from SSW (A310), which time frame can one expect from receiving an answer from them?I mailed to all of their mail addresses (to be on the safe side) for a new registration key two days ago. Staffan,I had a similar problem, so I posted a "heads up" to the fact in their forum ( the main one, not the one here on Avsim )... and got a reply within 24 hours.Hope that helps..Paul ( SPIM )

Yeah I know. But to be able to post on their forum, you have to be an activated registerd user. And to be activated you need to receive a password from them by mail.......so.....there is a slight "Momentum 22" here, since I never got any forum password from them. I'll post for you if you want....You need a key and a forum passcode right?Are you sure there isn't some spam blocker or something stopping you receiving emails from them..i thought the forum code was an automated system.Paul ( SPIM )
