View Problem

Sirs, I have a few questions, One I'm having a problem with Views. When I start a Flight looking out the Window over the Glare shield the Nose of the aircraft is pointing Down in the Rwy. I need to Press Ctrl +Shift+Q to bring the View back UP to where it belongs. Is there any way in "Camera Definitions"  Possibly under InitialXyz= or any other Heading, That will correct this Problem  ? Another question, I'm starting a new build, my question is about MBoards I have narrowed it down to 2 boards, The Aus.. Maximus Hero VI or the PRO Motherboard's.
