First OOM ever while flying T7....

Cruising over S. FL with the T7 last night when I got for the first time ever the dreaded OOM Error...

 

I'm running a LOD of 4.5 with only FSDT KFLL and UTX/GEX (0% vehicle traffic), REX (1024 textures only), UT2 (AI sliders at 40% and 25%) in the area, Autogen set to DENSE and only running 1024, in my max tex load in FSX.cfg. So basically I can't lower anything further or reduce anything to really prevent this OOM.

 

I have windows 7 premium 64bit 12 gig tri-channel mem and a 7850 2gig ATI card.

 

Is there a known memory issue with this AC or any sugggestions when flying this AC??
