I dont think the support page works,  I have exactly the same problem, I want to reinstall my 777

What's weird is that you have formatted your computer, so all folders/files have been deleted. This means that normally you would not have the activation problem... .

I think PMDG have programmed all Addons against piracy.

My solution is:

 

- Buy Extended Download Service: PMDG 777 for FSX (All Packages)
