On a flight recently with the 767, after about an hour and about 32000' both engines stopped, and would not restart. All other systems were normal. It seems to be a fuel problem IMO, Tank selection was okay etc. Is there a switch for fuel heat on your A/C. ? That seems to be my last resort .
