Currently I have all my ST LC's sandwiched between the UTX Urban and Vegetation Layers...

 

This being said, where do I add FTX Vector so that UTX has higher priority in UTX covered areas and FTX Vector overlays over ST vector data with the ST landclass data active outside of UTX Covered areas?

 

I know; confusing...!
