Do I have a corrupt terrain file?

I have ORBX Vector and Global on a brand new computer.  When I put in ORBX PAKT, or even if I don't, I can't believe the  terrain on Annette Island.  Trees move along with the plane on the runway.  The runway is elevated in space, and nothing looks right.  I tried putting in UTX Alaska but that did not help at all.  I've reinstalled PAKT and I'm at a loss. On my old computer I did not have the problem I'm describing.  Everything else looks great in the world, although I haven't tried everything obviously.

If I have a corrupt terrain file as someone has suggested to me, how do I check that, and how do I fix it.  Vector and Global were saved on an external hard disk when I upgraded to my new computer, and I'm re-installing my sceneries from the saved files.  Do I have to re-download anything from the original sites?

Please give me a suggestion.  Alaska used to look so awesome before, and I miss it.  I hope I don't find anything else with these abnormal elevations and objects.
