I have a CH Fighterstick and the Throttle quadrant and the CH pedals.  I have them all plugged into a hub which comes back and plugs into my cpu.  All was well then I had to reinstall the operating system and all my programs.  From then on, each time I start FSX, the controllers do not work until I unplug and re plug in the hub into the usb on the cpu.  Is there a work around for this - It's no big deal, but its just a bit annoying.
