Missing .air file

I have tried the Multi Player tower into a flyable aircraft using the information provided by spokes2112 posted 17.May.2013 in which he states '4. Copy the .air file from the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aircreation_582SL and paste it into the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\ControlTower folder.'
I have posted a request in this topic but as yet no reply. Can anyone please help me with the following.

Where do I find this ".air" file as I cannot find it in the FSX\SimObjects\Airplanes\Aircreation_582SL location or could someone post me the file?.

I have it in mine.  It's a little funky looking in my Sim because of AdobeAir which is on my Win XP sysytem.  There should be a total of 12 things in your aircraft folder starting with model, panel, sound, soundai, 4 textures,  aircraft.cfg, 2 HTML documents, and the .Air file.
