News Item: Have you heard of the popular simulation books "Microsoft Flight Simulator as a Training Aid" and/or "Scenario-Based Training with X-Plane and Microsoft Flight Simulator"? The author, Bruce Williams, joins Angle of Attack on AviatorCast, their weekly podcast.

 

Bruce is a CFII/MEI that does a lot of great things in aviation. He has written for many popular aviation magazines, has done with with ASA in their training department, has written books, among other things. He's also an acrobatic pilot/instructor and Bonanza flyer.

 

Of particular interest to the simulation community is that he work with Microsoft for many version of flight simulator.

 

Bruce joins us for this very enlightening conversation about how useful simulators are, especially to real flight training.
