How I can insert the route for an alternate airport?

You typically wouldn't do that until you actually start the divert.

 

Once you're pointing in the right direction, you'd go to RTE page 1. The FMC will default to RTE page 2, so navigate back one page. Then change you DEST.

 

The UM route would need a starting point, like a fix on that route or a VOR. Otherwise, there are no differences from putting in a regular route.

 

There is no 2nd Route option on the 737, yet.
