Looks pretty decent.

 

If you have the money though, go with a minimum of gtx 760. It's only a 80 dollar difference or so and the performance difference is staggering.

 

I would also personally go with a 600 or 700w psu, just to be futureproof.

 

All else looks pretty good, providing you are going to run this on a z87 board.
