ActiveSky question

I do most of my sim flying using real time weather. What upgrades or enchancements would ActiveSky provide to me? Also, what is ActiveSky's hit on frame rates? Lastly if I purchase ActiveSky, which package 2004 or 2004.5?Thanks for the helpTom

That about sums it up. There are many options in Active Sky depending on how fast your system is and if you download the clouds that they recommend ( which look better anyway in my opinion), the frame rates are about the same as without Active Sky. I don't fly FS without it running since I got it. By the way there is an excellent Active Sky Forum on this web site.

Bob,Thanks for the answer. I'll look into the ActiveSky Forum. Thanks againTom

I highly recommend it too.BlairCYOW

Hi Tom,Thanks for your interest in our product! The only version that SimMarket is selling is AS2004.5. After that, you can update at no additional cost, to our latest version.Hope this helps,JimActiveSky Supporthttp://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004proudsupporter.jpg

I would never consider a flight without Active Sky - once you invest in it you will soon see why. :)
