That about sums it up. There are many options in Active Sky depending on how fast your system is and if you download the clouds that they recommend ( which look better anyway in my opinion), the frame rates are about the same as without Active Sky. I don't fly FS without it running since I got it. By the way there is an excellent Active Sky Forum on this web site.

I would never consider a flight without Active Sky - once you invest in it you will soon see why. :)
