in PMDG 777

Hi, I have the PMDG 777 installed, but without an activation window appearing.

 

I looked into the OPs Centre but there appeared to be no prompt for activation.

 

The result is that I have a red cross over my PFD, a totally red altitude tape etc.

 

Is there a work around or should I generate a support ticket?
