Does this mean that FS9 CAN have a different friction level for the different surfaces? If so, then it must be possible for a wx utility to reduce the friction when rain is present then, correct?Eric

I cant say if it does anything about the friction level , but AFCAD allows choices of surfaces of runways.Maybe I misunedrstand what needs to be accomplishedBill

But this changes the behaviour of all a/c.It would be nice to save the corrected file with a different name like Sim2.dll. In some air. files there is an offest for this. But this did not work for me. I belive, MS has deactivated this line. Many of the new a/c in FS2004 and CFS3 don't have this offset."iAN
