hello ,i just bought the 777,not problem for setup ,im a problem with respect a flaps ,after deployment 30degree ,flaps descent not everywhere ,just beggining of the wings 

someone has an idea for the problem ? thank you

Are all the hydraulic systems online on the overhead? Are the engines running or not? I'm not exactly sure which system controls the outer flaps though.

Do you have advanced animations turned on in the FSX menu? It looks like the flap tracks and fairings deployed on that section without the actual flaps following suit.

I didn't think about the advanced animations part. However am I correct in saying that a similar situation could arise if 1 of the hydraulic systems are offline?

Possibly, however if the flap tracks and flap track fairings deployed without the flaps it appears to be an animation issue.
