So im planning to buy a pre-built pc off a store so i can just plug it in home and play the game. My budget is $1,300. Please help thanks!

Tigerdirect has a pretty good selection of pre-built gaming PCs. I started with one of theirs before I built my own. A unit like this would probably service you well enough:

The biggest downside (besides W8) is probably the Mobo and processor can not be overclocked. Just wait for it to go on sale.
