I have download all videos. They have a resolution of 1920x1080 with exception of part 9 which has only a resolution of 1280x720. I suppose this is an upload error?

The original file is 1920x1080 so it should be the same. Vimeo do some screwy things with encoding at times. It might require a fresh upload at our end, I'll check.

Guys, it was not encoded into 1920 for some reason. I've set it to encode and in a few hours it'll be done. Thanks!
