Hey there, I am very interested in this product as I have fallen in love with the q400.... The question I have is this just a video training, or in sim training as well?

Nope it's all video based. Grab a pizza, beer - sit back and watch me get put through the wringer by a real Q400 F/O. By the time you reach the end you'll be very familiar with all the flows and checklists and how to fly the Q400 in normal ops, which is the aim.
