April 21, 201412 yr Hi, I purchased FSX a while back and have had to reinstall it. Upon reinstalling it, I have discovered that the product key is missing. I have the discs and part numbers to prove I purchased it. I have tried contacting Microsoft and after being thrown around between different people I was given an email address that doesn't work. Does anyone know how to get another product key?

April 21, 201412 yr In my case the product key is on an seperate card, that was in the DVD box. Further you can call this numbers: Streets and Trips/MapPoint: (866) 834-8317 / Games for Windows: (800) 537-8324. If you call to that number you need the key that can be found on the DVD it self. It's burned in the middle part of the DVD, nearby the hole. Good luck Leon
