Need Help With Ultimate Traffic

Featured Replies

Does anyone use UT for FS9 that can help me? I tried the Ultimate Traffic website but their tech support solutions haven't worked so far. I tried to download new updates but get an error "Ultimate Traffic encountered an error while attempting to load the AirportAssignments.dat file and needs to close." When I choose "Previous Updates not Installed" I have no problems, just when I choose "New Updates". Flight1 says the only way I should get this message is if I have an empty AirportAssignments file or a missing one. I loaded the default one they suggested and got the same results. I never had a problem before, and the only thing I can think of that is different is the last time I did update UT was before I installed the FS9 update. I feel I may need to reinstall, but am afraid I may lose all the repaints and AFCADs I currently have. Thanks. Regards, Tom

HiI also have problems with updates. I just gave up. I think there was some posts about it but I think tech-support has moved on to support other products if you get my drift (-:Bob

The tech support on Flight 1 products is excellent. I would just post your problem on this board and keep at it until you get a solution. http://dcforum.simforums.com/cgi-bin/dcforum/dcboard.cgi
