Hello

 

My sound system right now consists of a sound blaster z sound card which I have a set of 2.0 creative t40ii speakers hooked up to and a headset that I use for other games and I am using a xfi usb sound card that I have another headset hooked up to that I use for voice and atc with voxatc.

 

I have a 5.1 home cinema setup minus the amp so my following questions are:

 

1: Does FSX/P3D support 5.1.

 

2: Can I get engine noise coming out the rear speakers and cockpit noise coming from the front (which is how I want it).

 

I don't want to buy a amp and find out it was a waste of time.
