Flight sim developers make it easy for pirates, some installers don't even require an activation serial and updates are available through official websites without any login or linked account info, fixing that should be the big picture here and not when the pirate bay is back up online.

Yes the 970 will be going into it. 4.4ghz However my son is inheriting it for xmas. I think im gonna go with the 4930k the £150 saving could go on the a2a 182 the f1 gtn 650 and some more ftx scenery me thinks but im not 100% decided yet, for resale value on ebay I would probably break even if I didn't want to keep it.

No whine on my msi gtx 970 twin frozr it is as silent as a mouse, the only whine I get comes from behind me but I have learnt to live with it she brings me bacon.

Hello So I was all set to order a 4790k cpu, motherboard and 16gb ram combo next week this bundle will be around £550ish and then today I get offered a x79 sabertooth 32gb ram and a almost brand new 4930k 6 core for £400 cash from a friend, I have seen this second hand system running and it works perfect. I currently have a 2600k + gtx970 and ssds right now and my only interests gaming wise are prepar3d, arma 2/3/dayz sa and iracing I only game on my machine I don't do anything else. Now buy second hand and save £150 or buy new ? James.

I fixed this myself, I used the installer I got from f1 when I first purchased (4.10.0) this worked so I uninstalled and then installed 4.20.5 and that worked so im good lol, no help required today. /thread.

Hello So yesterday I formatted my system and started fresh I have installed everything fine p3d/ftx/rex etc but I cant get opusfsi to work here is the error I receive. Any advice ? Thanks.

I made a mistake I have rex essential plus not overdrive and I stopped using it because it would crash installing textures so is what I got and texture direct the same then.

Rex texture direct is on offer and I'm wondering is it a worthy purchase for p3dv2.4 I own rex overdrive but don't use it.

Hello When I run the panel setup tool I get no option to install it for my milviz 737, it has installed and works with every other aircraft I have installed but not the milviz 737. I have run the indexer several times and it has not found it, any ideas ?

Thank you for the reply, my current system is a 2600k with 16gb ram and a msi gtx 970, I was thinking of upgrading to a 4970k and a new motherboard and using my old system as a networked machine. I have just switched to p3d and need a weather engine and do intend to buy opus as a friend of mine recommends it, is opusfsi the version I want ? Thanks.
