  1. I’m having an issue with my 737’s where I’ll set the plane on a final approach and anytime I pull up it makes the stall speed very high. I have the flaps at 30 degrees and it still wants to stall at 160 knots. It’s dropping a little fast as well. Do you know how to fix this? It also happens when I pull back a little to gain altitude and the stall speed will spike up to the airspeed that I was just at. The wings on final will flex like the plane is dropping fast. Keep in mind the plane is lightly loaded and not fully loaded.
  2. Hello everybody, I have a question about the PMDG 737 spoilers. When I land they extend, but once I stow my reversers they go down, how do I make keep them extended like it is IRL? Sometimes they stay up (rarely) and most of the time they go down on their own.
  3. HI, I bought P3d v5 a few weeks ago and recently purchased the 777 base and all expansions, but when i try to install liveries through pmdg operations center, i get this error that is linked. I don't know how to fix it please help! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dFA9TgRXJuvq37Xj5J4mWNOXoXbjTOtW/view?usp=sharing Regards, TG90
  4. PMDG's Rob Randazzo today published more pictures of the upcoming B Triple 7. Rob made some comments about the aircraft, saying this among others; "We'll start with this image because it gives you the impression of size. The 777 is a BIG airplane. When we first started taking delivery of these airplanes at UAL back in 1995, one of my co-workers commented that the 777 looked like a dirigible with wings... I think this image shows that aspect very well. You will note here also how smooth the skin-form is on this airplane. We have put a significant amount of work into replicating how smooth the airplane's surface is, even with the lap joints between skin surfaces. Boeing put a significant amount of effort into drag reduction in the design of the 777 and you can really see it here." You can join the conversation regarding Rob's announcement and the T7, here.
  5. In anticipation of thier forthcoming B-777 release, PMDG has opened a forum specifically for this soon to be released add on to FSX. The T7 was announced at the flight simulation show held in Germany last month. PMDG's CEO, Rob Randazzo, announced the T7 and showed a number of screenshots of the new addition to their product line. You can view the AVSIM article that shows the cockpit view screen shots here. You can access the new B-777 forum here, but you must be a registered member to participate in the forum discussion.
  6. Hello ! I made a sound package for PMDG 737NGXu. Actually i changed only Engine startup sounds and pack sounds. Now its more realistic. I hope you like it ! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1qvoYHxePxevKKvfUQq27u60smgnhN3P6/view?usp=sharing Copy files to: Prepar3D > Sound > PMDG > 737NGXu > Various
  7. Hello, with P3D v4 I noticed some texturing issues. You can clearly recognize, that the fan case has some issues with shadows (ultra setting), and that the inner part of the engine case has no reflections. Comparison P3D v4 + v3: v4: v3: I hope we will see an update soon. Alex
  8. when i start the p3d with the 747 the sim get freeze but only is in the 747 can they help me
  9. Hi, I have the problem that the LED display of my Saitek Multi Panel is not being updated on PMDG aircraft. I have the following setup: All buttons of my Saitek Multi Panel are controlled by LINDA except the rotary knob. Mapping the functions SAI_MULTI_increase_value and SAI_MULTI_decrease_value in LINDA (on Press) causes the rotary knob to be jumpy and with a lot of latency. Instead, I am using SPAD and FSUIPC which gives a much better behavior of the rotary knob. The Multi Panel display is updated and consistent with FSX on my default aircraft. However, on my PMDG aircraft the altitude, heading, etc is correct in FSX in the Virtual Cockpit, but the display of my Saitek Multi Panel is never updated. The altitude stays at 10000, the IAS and HDG at 000. I have set EnableDataBroadcast=1 in [SDK] section of my PMDG ini files, but that didn't help. The default and PMDG aircraft are handled differently by SPAD and FSUIPC in my setup: Default aircraft: SPAD : Multi Panel 1 - Setup - Rotary Knob - FSUIPC Offset Change (for ALT,VS,IA,HDG and CRS) PMDG aircraft: SPAD: Multi Panel 1 - Setup - Rotary Knob - FSUIPC Virtual Button , Virtual Joystick 64 , Virtual Button 0-9 (ALT-CRS) FSUIPC : Buttons & Switches , Profile specific, Joy# 64, Btn# 0-9 , Select for key press , keys to be sent when button pressed FSX : PMDG Aircraft - CDU/FMC - PMDG Setup - Options _ Key commands - Autoflight - keys for rotary knob functions So, on PMDG aircraft, when I turn the rotary knob, SPAD sends a virtual joystick+button command to FSUIPC, FSUIPC translates this into a key press command and sends this to FSX, and in FSX this key press is equivalent to an rotating knob function in my PMDG aircraft. It works perfectly in FSX, except that the Saitek Multi Panel display is not updated. I then decided to replace the FSUIPC key press by a LUA script because that can handle multiple commands. The initial key press in the lua script works perfectly with the ipc.keypress command. CtrlShift6.lua: ipc.keypress(54,11) -- send CTRL+SHIFT+6 --.... some function to update Multi Panel display .... CtrlShift7.lua: ipc.keypress(55,11) -- send CTRL+SHIFT+7 --.... some function to update Multi Panel display .... I have seen the function RefreshSMP() in common.lua, but that is not a global function that I can call from another lua script. Is it possible to put a command(s) in the lua script to get my Multi Panel display updated? Or is there another easy solution? CBird
  10. Hey so I decided to do some youtube videos with the amazing PMDG aircraft, the classic 737 ngx and the newer 747 v3, just wanted to ask your opinion and how I can improve on future videos and potential content? https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8T0d_ZKQ7K0wyuSaa_WMEA Thanks, Will.

  15. Attention PMDG 747 Drivers - Your Official PMDG Endorsed Flight Crew expansion for the 747 is available! We're pleased to announce that FS2Crew for the PMDG 747 QOTS II has been released and is ready for download! Click here to visit the product page! Like before, we're offering 5 Euros off to anyone who has ever owned a FS2Crew product before. Coupon Code is: 747 So what's it all about? Like with the other FS2Crew's, this product was designed in close consultation with a pilot who is current on type. In this case, he's 747-400 FO, and we think he knows his stuff We're not just making up procedures off the top of our heads; everything you see in the program is based off a real 747 pilot's experience. That said, our goal is to make your PMDG 747 experience more immersive and more realistic by allowing you to fly the 747-400 from the vantage point of the Captain and Pilot Flying using realistic airline procedures, callouts and checklists, and we think we've achieved that goal Indeed, the PMDG 747 is a great plane, but with FS2Crew for the PMDG 747, you're not flying your PMDG 747 like it's a little Cessna 152 -which would be realistic, or legal. You're flying it as part of a team, in a multi crew environment, the same way the real 747 is flown. In terms of expectations, the vast majority of you probably already own FS2Crew NGX Reboot. NGX Reboot was one of our most successful products ever! People loved it. It sold very well. If you liked NGX Reboot, then you'll love FS2Crew for the PMDG 747 QOTS II! Indeed, the learning curve for you will be low since you'll already be familiar with the interface system. In terms of SOP Sets, we're offering two this time. SOP Set 1 is based on Boeing SOPs. We found while researching the 747 that the majority of the world's airlines are going back to the stock Boeing SOPs - at least for their 747 fleets. However, we've included a large number of customization options so you custom configure the SOP to match your specific needs. SOP 2 is based on a British airline, who we can't name. It's different from the generic Boeing SOP, and it gives you a chance to try something different. Passenger and Freighter models are fully supported. Some of you noticed that we charged a bit more for the 747 than older versions of FS2Crew. This is because we're supporting FSX and P3D out of the box, including the 64 bit version of P3D. There's a new version of P3D every year, and we'll releasing free updates every year to match them well into the foreseeable future. We could easily be looking at 10 plus years of updates so long as Lockheed Martin keeps supporting P3D. The product also ships with two female pilots, one German, one American. And one male FO, who is British. A lot of you asked for female FOs, and we delivered! You now have some female companionship while you're over the ocean somewhere Enough talking from me! Go download the 747, spread the word that FS2Crew for the 747 has been released to all your friends and fellow simmers (we appreciate the support!), and fly safe! And thank you for supporting indie Flight Sim developers like FS2Crew! We couldn't ask for a more awesome user base!

  17. Name: PMDG 777 Autoland Category: FS Instructional Videos Date Added: 03 November 2016 - 07:16 AM Submitter: davidfein Short Description: Shows the details of how autoland works so you can duplicate solid landings yourself Learning to land the PMDG 777 was a challenge so I recorded a number of views of the PMDG 777 doing an autoland. Seeing the details (speed, decent rate, engine kill, flare details, etc) makes it much easier to learn to land because you have very specific things to model and practice. View Video

  20. Hi everybody, I learned deeply Pilt2ATC (how to make a flight plan (*.pln), the voice, etc...), but how to use this flight plan with a PMDG, Labsimlabs or Aérosoft planes. I cann't insert it in the FMC, and to use with Aivlasoft, I need a *.rte file. Until now I use PFPX which does what I need. Do you have some idea, if it's possible to get the ATC with this sort of planes or it's only to use with FSX ? Thanks in advance
  21. Hey. I did this livery up tonight after learning of Amazon's partnership with Atlas Air. This livery is for FSX/P3Dv3 using a licensed/legit copy of PMDG's 777F. I would like to receive feedback on what you think, so please fire away!! The airport is KMEM with GSX from FSDreamTeam in P3D. I'll post some more pics later.
