Boston, MA - vFly America Corporation owner and Chairman Joseph Shaw announced today the official start of Fly America Virtual Airways as a brand of Fly America Corporation. Shaw had this to say, "I am happy to announce the founding of a new virtual airline owned by my holdings company. This virtual airline will be funded by $1.2 billion which has come from my own private wealth as well as the sale of the fleet of a previous failed venture. This amount of funding will make Fly America Virtual Airways the most well funded startup airline in history. This has allowed us the opportunity to begin with a strong fleet as well as route structure." Fly America Corporation has also building a new HQ building at a cost of $1 billion, $300 million of which will come from the Fly America Virtual Airways funding as Fly America Virtual Airways HQ will be housed in the new building, which will be a 55 story tower located in downtown Boston.
