  1. Hello, I noticed that the Aerosoft A330 has less fuel capability than the real, it has 76.56 Tons while the real A330-300 has a fuel capacity of 109 Tons. Someone has any of information about, or if it can be fixed? As loading fuel trough the FMC it says maximum 76T even changing the aircraft.cfg with more fuel quantity thanks
  2. Hello, does anyone have some information about SAAD A350 for P3d4, I can’t find it, looks like disappeared. and what about the merge with the AS A330 Thanks

  9. Hi Everyone, I just wanted to mention something that may or may not have been brought up before. I've been getting P3D stopped working errors in all versions in Windows 10 if I was using the Aerosoft Airbus and tried to change airports through the menu. I also would get crashes at times if I fiddled with the FMC inflight. I did a fresh install and the problem happened again. The source of the problem, in my case, was that I had the wrong box ticked in the Airbus configurator. There's a choice between what navdata to use: Navigraph or Nav Data Pro. Make sure to check the right one if you are using one of these products. Just thought someone would like to know... John
  10. I am being warned in the upgrade process that Nassau X developers used the latest version of SODE for the scenery updates. This can create problems for other installed add-on sceneries that used earlier SODE versions. Is anyone here on the forum experiencing issues with other add-on sceneries because of the Nassau X upgrade? If so, were you able to address the issues without ditching the Nassau X upgrade? Thanks in advance for the kind responses...
  11. Aerosoft Night Environment California v1.7 Released!!! http://forums.nightenvironment.com/blogs/entry/6-night-environment-california-v17-released/
  12. Night Environment France was recently a very nice and detailed review of Night Environment France over at Mutleys Hangar; by John Guest, They conclude: "The Night Environment range of scenery add-ons provides an improved nocturnal lighting model for those who like to fly at night. Night Environment France attempts to take the range up another gear." full review here.
  13. Hello, I have been searching for a good CRJ addon for P3D, and my searching has come to no avail thus far. My first question I guess is, is there a way to get the default CRJ-700 from fsx into P3D without having fsx on your PC? I know there is a CRJ in P3D, yet it is only for AI purposes I guessed after I reviewed its .cfg files. My second question is more for aerosoft than the general public, and if you have any information it would be greatly appreciated (I've been waiting for this for 6 months now, LOL). When is/is the Aerosoft CRJ-700X ever going to get released? Also, is that aircraft even going to be compatible with P3D because the description on their website is slightly vague on the subject (when I say compatible I mean with P3D V2.X), and when I asked them directly they wouldn't answer the question saying it was still in "development" which gives me a little hope. Furthermore, I understand Aerosoft and DA have made a CRJ-700/900/1000 model, yet I haven't heard the best reviews on that aircraft, in fact I haven't heard any good reviews on the aircraft so I have chosen to not get that addon. If you have the CRJ from Aerosoft/DA and you like it; please tell me. Thank you all for considering my questions. The only reason I ask such menial questions, forgive me for doing so, is because I am relatively new to P3D, I am a rather young pilot, and the fact that I do not know personally, a single person who uses P3D. sincerely, Paul Robbins.
  14. I purchased mega airports from aerosoft but the replays do not show any AI aircraft at all in replay. If you are interested in making videos of your flights DONT buy them. The quality is also bad and even worse the customer service is dreadful from aerosoft. I was refused a refund , they stated this was on the sales page but he wouldnt give the link to where this was stated, he said it was a known bug in FSX but it is not a BUG in FSX, because ORBX and UK2000 scenery works no problems with AI aircraft and replays. Aerosoft customer service stinks, he was unhelpful, patronizing, smug and just kept saying its an FSX bug and no refund! I would suggest UK2000 scenery instead , better customer service. Do not buy from them is my advice! Awful product, awful customer service
  15. Hey everybody, hope you are all well. Got some different shots for you this evening. Got a little tired of the GA stuff and took it up a level and got the airbus out. Still trying to play around with some settings within FSX and i gotta say i think i got SweetFX looking rather nice now. Been playing about in Photoshop too still experimenting with things. Also i am having problems with my AA at the moment so i am in the process of sorting that out to remove some of the jaggies for you. Anyways heres to the shots. Thanks guys. Happy flying as always.
  16. Hello, I've recently purchased the Aerosoft Airbus X packages. Everything works great apart from one thing, the brakes are VERY insensitive. I use a button and when I'm taxing and want to stop, it would take me about 25 seconds to stop if I was going 10 knots. Also this issue seems to only occur when I do a cold and dark set up. This is extremely annoying and I would love to know if they'res a fix for it! Thanks ;-)
  17. I purchased Nassau X from Aerosoft recently . . . and now I find myself facing a host of issues. I've not experienced any serious issues with previous Aerosoft scenery purchases. I have been trying to troubleshoot the cause of a bothersome extensive shadow on and around the Nassau X scenery. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software. I have even un-ticked other add-on scenery in the Scenery Library area. Still, nothing has changed. I am now unable to access the Nassau X Configuration Tool (I can click on the icon bar, but nothing happens). The Aerosoft forum was not able to offer any useful advice. I have decided to seek assistance here. Does anyone know what may be going on here?
  18. Hi guys, Happy New Year!! Whenever I select the Aerosoft A320/21 from vechicle menu, P3D just crashes.... 19. Hello everyone, I have been having this problem for a while now. When I try to fly the Aerosoft Airbus at UK2000 Heathrow, the sim will freeze sometime between startup and takeoff. I can't even takeoff! Everything will be working fine until suddenly, the sim freezes but the sound keeps going. I have rebuilt the cfg many times and applied only an affinitymask 84, highmemfix, and forcewindowedvsync=1. Everything else works fine. Along with this, the safedock systems have disapeared along with their support poles at the non gate stands at UK2000 Heathrow. Please help! 1251452
  20. Name: The Maderia Approach with PMDG 737 NGX Category: FS Instructional Videos Date Added: 27 May 2014 - 03:11 PM Submitter: Martinair50 Short Description: Doing one of the most dangerous approaches in the world on FSX. One of the most dangerous approaches in the world. This is exactly how the Visual 5 VOR to LPMA procedure should be executed. Please watch in HD! The video starts off with me approaching the Missed Approach Point (MAPt), you can see this point on the navigation display as MA05. From this point on I should have the runway in sight and the VOR part of the approach pretty much ends and I am fully visual. At around 6 DME from FUN at around 900 feet I should switch off the autopilot and start my base turn towards the runway, to cross the waypoint GELO at 850 feet. From then on I follow the approach lightning that brings me right in front of runway 05 of Funchal Airport. Thank you for watching please, subscribe rate and comment! 21. Hello, on today flight to EGLL i was approaching Great Britian when the black screen has appeared. I've windowed fs and then put it back to full screen... black screen wasn't there any more but textures were blurry and some even missing, also sound wasn't running. Shortly after that fs has crashed with classic "The application has encountered...". I know it already has been here on forum but no solution. Is there any? Thanks. EDIT : Yeah and it was for the second time.
  22. Hello dear flightsimmers, Is there anyone around that has been able to make Aerosoft Maastricht X (FS2004) compatible with NL2000? Are there some files to add/remove to use the photoscenery of Aerosoft without NL2000 bleeding through or without "MESH" issues? Never really had issues with NL2000, and since EHAM is my both VA's HUB, (and EHRD/EHEH both focus cities) it is a must-have, i really love it. I know there was a solution for Aerosoft EHAM + NL2000 and i applied it succesfully after a few tries. It Works flawlessly since then. Since the NL2000 EHBK is low-quality (though NL2000 EHRD and NL2000 EHGG are nicely modelled) i decided to install aerosoft Maastricht X, which i like very much. Just this one issue is still luring round the corner, and i cant seem to find the solution. Although i am quite capable of finding self-solutions for many FS9 issues, i sometimes need some help from my co-simmers, like this time for example. :-) Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out.
  23. It's available today: http://asn-xp.aerosoft.com/?p=3444 You can find the changelog here: http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/71525-atr-72-500-version-110/ Happy flying ! B)
  24. Hello, First and formost, I love flight simulation and FSX. I consider it my favorite hobby and even 7 years after this old software came out its still enjoyable today as it was in 2006! I also consider this post to be a cry for help in bettering my sim quality! I appreciate everyone who wants to help and gladly apreciate it if you do. If your a negative person with a poor attitude and plan on giving non-productive advice than do me a favor and please quit reading this and continue what you were doing before you stumbled upon this topic! If you can relate or have had similar issues I would love to hear about those as well! Sorry for the length of this thread but i felt it was the best way to explain what ive tried and what hasn't been done for the reader to better assist in a solution or fix. Im having issues with of course; the main problem with FSX- "Frame Rates" Ive had my system now for about a year and I use it strictly for flight sim so i dont know how it would act towards other software but I can't seem to figure out why it just doesn't like FSX! My main hardware is listed below: CPU: i7 2700k @ 4.5 MOBO: ASUS sabertooth z77 RAM: corsair vengeance 16gb @ 1866 GPU: EVGA GTX 680 PSU: corsair AX1200 COOLER: corsair h100 Also I will note that I am running FSX acceleration on Windows 7 64bit basic home premium and all updates installed and I use nvidia inspector. I have an SSD for FSX itself, an SSD for the OS, and a 1tb WD harddrive for other programs and where I keep the scenery files for FSX. I figured with these components i should be getting fairly good frame rates out of FSX...shouldn't i? but i don't! first i will start by saying that what I consider "good" frame rates is 20-30 at all times. Im getting an average of 10-14 FPS in the captain sim 777 with aerosofts chicago with alot of the sliders to the left with GEX, REX, scenery-tech, accu-feel, and ENB series. Ive configured my ENB to where it has no performance hit and ive tested regular "raw" FSX with no addons except the captain sim 777 and i get around around 18-20 with the default chicago and 24 fps with the PMDG 737. Also im using FRAPS to record and fraps loves to bite off half of the fps with 1080p. So if i wanted to record i would be left with usually 7 to 8 fps to work with! Why it does this I don't know, maybe you do?!? So after countless fresh FSX installations, a couple of OS re-installs, a million new cfgs and tweaks(useless), TONS of trial and error, Money wasted on parts, and sleepless nights ive come to think that maybe I simply have bad luck! Ive pondered buying a 3970x or 3960x processor thinking that one of those would help but after researching i think that would be a waste of a perfectly good $1000 seeing that those processor's only pros over the 2600/2700k is that they have a bigger cache, and more cores(which are useless for fsx). Not too mention I would probley cry after handing over $1000 dollars to intel for a processor that would only give me slightly better performance in the sim. That being said, i didn't spend this much money to keep spending money looking for a solution to one sim. I really love simming and all the addons and i can't even imagine not doing it, but the performance issues really take the excitement out of it and I spend 95% of the time testing and tweaking rather than flying! I don't want to give up FSX even after 7 years but even tell this day there is no way to enjoy the game with my beautiful addons! I test the captain sim 777 at aerosoft chicago like i stated earlier in windowed mode with task manager showing performance and even with affinity mask set at 14 its still running in all cores. Also changing anything in my cfg does not do anything to the sim! I can change any number or setting in my cfg and ill always get the same results except if you change the physical things like resolution or frame rate limit which I keep at 30 by the way! Also, in task manager it shows FSX is using 100% of my cpu, i know its a cpu dependent game so i figure thats normal, but i wonder if anyone doesn't get that with huge addons? I have also tried different downloads of the aircraft and addons to ensure there is not a corrupt installation. When it comes to the overclocking side of things ive tried different clocks and tested each one with NO DIFFERENCE to the sim! Overclocking for me did nothing, maybe 1 or 2 fps at the most, and ive managed to get my processor as high as 5.0! my cpu doesnt seem any faster and there is no way to tell because i get the same scores on benchmarks as i would with the base clock! These scores are usually lower than average too so its frustrating. FSX depends alot on processor speed and even today the 2700k/2600k get the best overclock over anything and the best temps for that overclock so when it comes to buying a new processor there really isn't anything significantly better thats worth the money! So what im thinking is...Is it possible since ive seen other users get great performance with this processor and the 2600k could maybe mine be a lemon? The 2600k/2700k are the first processors that pop up when you think FSX so why am i not getting exceptional performance like ive seen in other users? I would like to know would it be worth maybe buying a new 2600k or 2700k to see if the performance is different with another one or could there just be a bottleneck in my system somewhere preventing my processor of using all of its potential? I am desperate now and I can't see putting the sim away even after 7 years but this is a frustrating problem not worth investing tons of money and time in to achieve the same results! You can't tell me ALL of these users who have these nice lifelike youtube videos with no stutters and no lag and maxed out settings really get only 10-15 fps in this aircraft and have FANTASTIC video editing skills!! Is there anyway of knowing if my processor is bogging down? Also just a thought but ive noticed alot of people still use the outdated i7 920 and see great fsx results with that even though the highest speed you can achieve with one of those is 4.2, and thats only with the most special cherry picked 920s in the batch! I wonder what the population's thoughts are on these processors even today? I've also been curious about Haswell. Ive heard mixed reviews about the 4770k. Some people say yay, some nay. Some say performance couldnt get any better and the frame rates are amazing with fsx and others say its nothing special and has crappy overclocking ability and worst than ivy-bridge temperatures when overclocked! Does anyone have an honest opinion on that one? My last thought was maybe i should wait tell tax season and purchase the mysterious 4970x that "should" be out this september! its rumored to have 10% better performance than the 3970 which isnt much but its gotta be better than the performance im getting! If so, there goes 1000 of my hard earned tax dollars all over again.
