  1. Hello, Today I have purchased the FS2Crew for FSLabs A320-X. The installation went smooth. I ran the Configuration Manager and I enabled all three airplanes (A319/20/21). After that I ran the Windows Speech Recognition Voice Training and finally I lauched P3D. I opened the FS2Crew menu and changed the interface to voice control. After all of that I cannot get the green speech bar when I speak. I have started many times the preflight events without succeeding. And I even unistalled the program and started all over again without getting any result. A part from that every time I close P3D I get the message P3D stopped working. My PC is an MSI working with Realtek HD Audio Manager and with the Nahimic Audio Enhancer disabled. I would appreciate any help, thank you.
  2. I recently upgraded to windows 10 and have the latest creator update, I just installed Flight and the latest toolkit but for some reason when I switch to to cockpit view, flight crashes, I have tried 3 different aircraft but same thing happens, I was thinking maybe I should uninstall toolkit and see if it does it without it but not sure if that's the way to go. I didn't try Flight before installing the toolkit but why remove the toolkit if it may not be the cause. If I removed the non GWFL install of toolkit do I just reinstall toolkit if I want to install the GWFL version? I don't remember where error logs for flight are kept? Also did multiplayer ever get pursuit with Toolkit is or that just not going to happen? I would appreciate any help.
  3. Hello all, I just returned to XP 11.02 after 3 very frustrating days with 11.05r2. First, my system - ASUS G752 gaming laptop with i7 7777 and 16GB with nVidia 1070 with 8GB. It allows me to run with everything maxed out. My plugins are xEnviro, PlaneCommand (tell your copilot to make adjustments to the plane), various small Lua scripts, and Pilot2ATC. That last one isn't really a plugin, but a stand alone program that communicates with XP via XPUIP. I also use at times VfrFlight which communicates with XP via a network address. THE PROBLEM: I set up my flightplans with Pilot2ATC and transfer them to the GPS in the plane. P2A also has a moving map, so I minimize it when I am using the plane and call it up over XP from time to time to see the map. After the newest beta came out, XP start crashing after a while into a flight. The trigger for this was always bringing P2A up on the screen. XP would suddenly give me the little dialog box "XP cannot continue..." and then close. The log.txt did not reveal anything interesting. It was reporting normal events and then suddenly "XP has crashed" without any reasons why. Opening P2A was the cause, although VfrFlight would also do it to a lesser extent. At times, instead of crashing XP, P2A would get sluggish, display a black map, or crash totally. Mostly XP crashed. I could really force more rapid crashes by using a more complex airplane. The Eclipse 550 has a very complex navigation system with SASL and Lua scripts galore. It takes forever to load. When I use this plane, the crashes are much more frequent. I can fly the Aerosphere Arrow IV turbo for quite a while before crashing and the same with the Carenado Mooney. But the result is the same. I contacted AeroBask, makers of the Eclipse and they confirm that there have been many problems with the new beta - suggesting return to 11.02. So today, I went back to 11.02r2 and just finished a very long flight without the slightest hiccup. I filed a bug report with LR, but mention it here in case someone else has had a similar experience.
  4. Hello, some days ago I installed all PMDG v4 aircrafts new on my laptop. Scince this, the sim doesn't start anymore... It shows the main picture of P3D but when it tries to open the main menu, the picture is gone and there is nothing. The Task Manager tells me, the sim, SODE and courtal are running but it isn't shown in the Task Line too! I've reinstalled PMDG and AS16, I've even already reinstalled my P3D and the same problem... Under troubleshooting it shows me "Failed to connect". Please help me! Win 10 i7-5700HQ SSD128G GTX970

  6. Hello, I was wondering if anyone is having this problem, the program hangs and crashes when I try to change the airport! I have the latest version running on Windows 10, P3D. Thanks
  7. Hello All I operate Windows 7 professional, with all updates. My desktop is an Aero theme. My operating system is on drive C, my P3Dv3.0 on drive F, and I have a backup, drive B, for P3D. I recently installed FSX Gold on drive B into a folder labeled "FSX". The only other files on drive B are the two files resulting from a Shadow Protect backup of the entire F drive. P3Dv3 operates fine. FSX launches OK, but when I launch the default flight, a warning pops up that says I have launched a program that is incompatible with an aero theme; that Windows will temporarily change to the windows default, and revert to Aero when the program closes. FSX then hangs, and then closes, with the following event report: Problem Signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: fsx.exe Application Version: 10.0.61637.0 Application Timestamp: 46fadb14 Fault Module Name: g2d.dll Fault Module Version: 10.0.61637.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 46fadb58 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 0002c33d OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional information about the problem: LCID: 1033 The same crash happens if I change my desktop to the Windows default before launching the FSX default flight, except that no "incompatible with aero" message shows up. it's been a few years since I ran FSX (miss some of the old goodies) and ask if anyone has any suggestions on a fix, or if I need to gather more information about the crash. Thanks a bunch.

  9. Hi, I have the Bundle PFPX + Topcat, but I'm having a problem. PFPX freezes all the time I try to set the Aircraft Performance File to integrate with Topcat. I made a video to show what's happening: https://youtu.be/6oDkdJldo54 Anyone had the same problem? Any idea how to solve it?
  10. Hello everyone, I have been having trouble with my p3d all of a sudden it just started closing randomly. I click on it running it as admin and the splash screen appears for a while before closing. When I say closing I mean it doesnt show up as not responding and there isnt anything in the log, please help.
  11. Hi all, Never thought I would be a victim of CTD but recently (started around 2 weeks ago) I have been experiencing P3D hangs after ~4 hours into my flight. The hangs are triggered by mouse clicking, on the PFD, ND, or just looking around with middle wheel. The hangs usually take place when I am about to (or has entered into) descend into my destination. Not too sure whether the hangs are caused by the descend, or the fact that I am approaching the 4 hours mark. Up until 2 weeks ago everything works flawlessly – this is what baffles me the most. Given I have no restore point saved, I have tried formatting my entire hard driver where the P3D is installed, deleting all P3D folders in all the places (AppData/Local, Appdata/Roaming, ProgramData…etc), and performed a clean reinstall for all software. For the first two hangs when it started happen I had these apps running: P3D v3.1 Latest version PMDG 777 FS2Crew v1.7 Latest version ASN FSUIPC v4.949f GSX v1.9 After the formatting and a clean reinstall, the first two hangs I had the same apps running as above, and in the last two hangs I had these: P3D v3.1 FS2Crew v1.7 Latest version ASN FSUIPC v4.949f To be honest I don’t think it was those apps that caused the hangs. I am suspecting it is more like conflicts between P3D/PMDG/Windows Update - because this is as far as I can recall if anything has changed between the hang/no hang situation. I will update my system spec later, but I am running P3D on Win7 SP1. Has anyone experienced the same recently? Really want to practice my landings
  12. Wondering if anyone can help? I've followed the guidance in this video and I find the plane lands correctly about 70% of the time. The other occasions I end up crashing as the autopilot has brought me down too steep. What can I do to resolve this and what am I doing wrong on those occasions as from what I can gather I'm following the same procedures. Thanks in advance.
  13. When I cycle through the cockpit views hitting "A" P3D V4.2 crashes as soon as I reach the 2D panel. Any clue?
  14. Hello, I have a problem with the PMDG 747-400 QOTS II since they released the update that includes the locked RAASPro for the airplane. Whenever the plane finishes the alignment process for the IRS the sim will crash ~30 secs later. When I disable the loading for the RAASPro.dll in dll.xml of the sim the problem disappears. I already talked to the PMDG support and they referred me to you for troubleshooting. Operating System: Win10 64bit SimVersion: P3D v4 with most recent update Plane: PMDG 747-400 QOTS II with most recent updates The location in the sim does not matter, it happens on any airport regardless if its stock or an addon airport. Addons running in the Sim: GSX, Active Sky, ChasePlane (tried deactivating all off them for testing, but none had any effect) I used the most recent makerwys.exe to create the date for the addon, but that didn't affect the behaviour. When the sim crashes the event in the eventviewer always points kernelbase.dll being the broken module.
  15. Every time I run my sim, Chase Plane crashes... When I load it up again, there's a 50% chance it will get past the loading splash screen. When it does load, it works fine... for about 5-10 minutes... After that, I get a "ChasePlane has stopped working" alert, with no option to wait until it responds... I can't fly anywhere or anything without this happening and I kid you not, I managed to get about 20 icons loaded into the systray before taking off from Abu Dhabi!!! Of course, there aren't 20 processes open, they are just left there from the last time it ran and they disappear when i hover over them... 16. Hey guys! Just downloaded the 747, and I was wondering if there is any type of auto save or anyway in general to recover from a sim crash? Would saving the flight like normal in FSX allow it to be reopened at cruise with all panels working same as before? Appricite any insight! Thanks David McDonough
  17. I just installed the QW757. It worked just fine when I opened the sim, just black gauges. So I installed the service pack next. After that is when p3d stopped working. Now when I try to open it a loading bar shows up but then it just goes into the background. My attempt at fixing this was to uninstall all my Quality Wings files. I have searched all the forums and non of the solutions work on mine. I would prefer not to have to do a clean install of p3d. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! Solution: Removed p3d file from %appdata%, %localappdata%, and %programdata%. Do not delete these files just incase this solution doesn't work! This makes the sim regenerate certain files.
  18. I have noticed lately that when I shut down P3dv3 (latest) that it crashes and this morning when I started up...that it crashes when loading. The only really new programs, which probably have nothing to do with it..I installed is FS2Crew Raas; Ngx Reboot and MCE. I think those auto launch in the background...probably nothing to do with this. but any way if anyone can glean anything from this. I have Windows 10x64; 16gigs memory; 3770K and Asus Strix 970 card. 19. Hello I have been playing FSX SE for a while now and recently upgraded my PC significantly and have up until the last couple of weeks have been playing fine. It all started when the in game ATC would start repeating itself, or i'd crash when trying to change settings and calibrate controllers, and realised this was down to installing the HD freeware texture pack, so I got rid of that and bought REX 4. Before buying rex i thought i should do a clean install as the HD pack even though deleted was causing issues so I uninstalled it, and was notified by a third party program the FSX SE was causing issues in the registry and recommended i fix the issue, so i just clicked fix and watched registry files get deleted. I didnt think much of it at the time. When playing on a clean install, all mods installed and applied it was great, until about 30 mins into flights, some less some more the default ATC would get stuck like a broken record, just repeating the first sound of the letter such as "airbus" would be "a,a,a,a,a,a,a" and so on. It would repeat for a few minutes then the ATC would have no sound and just use the Text box which was fine. Then I would land the aircraft, and I have found that most times the crash occurs taxing off the runway, the screen would freeze and say not responding, however these freezes happen at the start, during and after landing. And also when trying to calibrate joystick in flight, the game crashes which was not there before installing the HD texture pack, although I have done about 6 or 7 clean installs so it cant be the HD pack thats affecting that? I looked in the event viewer and 9/10 times this is what I get: First error is Application error: Faulting application name: fsx.exe, version: 10.0.62615.0, time stamp: 0x559f9a9a Faulting module name: XAudio2_4.dll_unloaded, version: 9.26.1590.0, time stamp: 0x49bebf9f Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0003a070 Faulting process id: 0x289c Faulting application start time: 0x01d252d4b86078f7 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\fsx.exe Faulting module path: XAudio2_4.dll Report Id: 221d762f-33f0-4cc3-b597-97d8bc0f3d83 Faulting package full name: Second error is Application hang: The program fsx.exe version 10.0.62615.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. 20. Hello. Recently I have been dealing wit P3D v3.1 freezing, hanging up, and then crashing to the desktop. This only happens when I use the windows key to select another application to use during a flight. I use Aivlasoft EFB, so it's virtually impossible for me to fly without doing so. I'm very confused about this issue as I haven't touched hardly any settings or installed new addons in quite some time, and I never used to have this issue. Below is my Event Viewer crash report: Faulting application name: Prepar3D.exe, version: 3.2.3.16769, time stamp: 0x56df48ce Faulting module name: g2d.dll, version: 3.2.3.16769, time stamp: 0x56df4993 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00209ae0 Faulting process id: 0x2ad0 Faulting application start time: 0x01d24d943b08eb4f Faulting application path: E:\Prepar3D v3\Prepar3D.exe Faulting module path: E:\Prepar3D v3\g2d.dll Report Id: 8ac9a9e7-b995-11e6-aa38-d0509968e0fc Faulting package full name: Faulting package-relative application ID: The only thing I've done recently is began using PTA tool for some enhanced visuals. It's hard for me to believe this would be an issue because the faulting module is g2d.dll which if I remember correctly handles plain text messages and such. The problem is also difficult to recreate. I completed a 3 hour flight last night with PTA tool tweaks enabled and switching tasks as usual, but this morning it hung up and crashed after just switching over to the Aivlasoft EFB 3 or 4 times in an hour. Any advice is appreciated. Mark
  21. Hello, I downloaded FTX Central 3 for my Windows 7 desktop a few hours ago, and when I open the installer, a window immediately pops up and says "Orbx.Installer has stopped working. Windows can check for a solution to the problem and close the program, etc, etc..." I don't know why it's doing this, as FTX Central 3 should be compatible with Windows 7. I tried running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode, but it still won't work. Any suggestions??? :( Here are the error codes in the popup: Problem Event Name: CLR20r3 Problem Signature 01: ftxcentral3_installer.exe Problem Signature 02: 1.0.0.0 Problem Signature 03: 57ecfe8c Problem Signature 04: PresentationCore Problem Signature 05: 4.0.0.0 Problem Signature 06: 4ba1f865 Problem Signature 07: 1a53 Problem Signature 08: 1d Problem Signature 09: System.TypeLoadException OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.27 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 0a9e Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789 Additional Information 3: 0a9e Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789

  23. Hi, I am experiencing freezing issues when using the 737 ngx in fsx.Checking the event viewer gives me 'application hang, event id 1002. 24. I already sent a report where the App crash after lunch what ever sim I used (fsxSteam-P3d). I installed only in one situation and wondering if I can install on another partition with win10 and P3d.
  25. Hello, i have FS 9 and the ifly 737. I bought FS2crew (bundle voice and button) for ifly at aerosoft yesterday and installed the Button version for the Ifly. I can start the program and can hear the different announcement for the passenger. But if I want to start the preflight checklist with the main button x or the “Run PF” I hear , the pilot says "the Preflight checklist" , and then the FS 9 crashes. The window of FS9 becomes black. I always use the window mode. windows explains a mistake with the FS2crewIfly737.gau. This file is in the subgauge folder of the fs2crew folder [FS2CrewData] Accent=0 Volume=3 USBDevice=3 AES=0 Doors=1 GateDep=1 GateArr=1 PbUnits=0 PbDist=4 Greetings Sven
