Hello friends, I have a particular problem with the PMDG 737.

When I have already had a flight time of 2-4 hours or even less, the FSX freezes and shuts down completely.

Or also when I want to go to the main menu of the game, the screen goes black and the simulator closes.

This is particularly the case for the 737

Since with PMDG 777 or 747, this does not happen

Can you help me with a possible solution?

Don't know what your computer system looks like, but this could be from FSX  running out of usable memory.  When that happens, it will usually freeze, then crash to the desktop.

Like said above, you need to closely monitor your VAS usage when this happens!

If you are indeed hitting a VAS limit, its time to start compromising dialing back sliders/settings

My computer is not very powerful, you could say in some way.
These are its specifications:

Windows 10 Home 21H1
AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics (2.38 GHz) (512 MB VRAM)
RAM: 16 GB

I have to clarify that I do not use more than the keyboard and the mouse to use the simulator, I do not have any external controller.

512 MB of video RAM is not much video memory.  With add-on aircraft that feature high definition textures, the lack of video card memory is going to be a real problem.  I checked the requirements for the PMDG 737 NGX, it requires video cards to have 1 GB or more of video RAM.  I think this aircraft is simply overwhelming your computer and causes the sim to crash.
